Erika Hello Maralba, probably the easiest way to manipulate it all in one go would be to use the mesh tools Mesh Tools - Spine User Guide You would need to enable Soft selection, then deform the pipe during the animation to get the effect you want. This is the easiest way but not the most efficient in terms of memory usage ( Meshes - Spine User Guide: Vertex count and Metrics - Spine User Guide ), so if you have a complex skeleton, you would want to go with the usual manipulation of a mesh through bones instead.
