As you can see from the image something is missing in the information of the ik.
There is a way to restore or correct it ?
On this rig I have over 50 animations and it annoys me having to fix them all one by one.

Can you please post or email the .spine file so we can take a look? contact@esotericsoftware.com
In the meanwhile, you could try to check your backup folder Settings - Spine User Guide: General to see if you can find an older version where the IK was still there.
As a last resort, you could also redo the IK a second time, hoping you didn't change settings within it too many times.

Unfortunately I have already done a lot of work, since the last backup worked correctly 
it will take 2 work days to manually fix all D:
