Sorry you are having trouble. What happens when you run Spine? Does a window appear? What OS are you using? Does Spine show up in Task Manager (if you are on Windows)? If you are on OS X, please try closing other apps, as some applications interfere with Spine. Please post your spine.log file, if one is created:
Windows: <user home folder>\Spine\spine.log
Mac: <user home folder>/Library/Application Support/Spine/spine.log
Linux: <user home folder>/.spine/spine.log
We also recently released a new version of Spine. To use it, you need to go to your license page and download the installer again, then re-install Spine.
You should be able to find this link in the mail we sent you when you purchased Spine.

If this step doesn't solve your problem, it would be useful to have more details about what happens exactly when you try to run it by posting the logs.

I use WIN10. When I clicked on the spine icon in the program directory, there was no response. The spine is not shown in the task manager. There is no spine. log in the root directory. I can't solve this problem by refitting my spine. System testing may be a system compatibility issue, but I was able to use the spine properly earlier. What advice do you have for this?
If Spine isn't starting at all, that might explain why there is no Spine.log file.
Please try renaming the Spine folder <user home folder>\Spine\
to something like <user home folder>\Spine_old\
.
Then try installing Spine again.
