Please note that the project was just a little wip, so it was tested with just two of the many skins and not all of them, for fun. This is also stated right below the download.
The long blue dress doesn't work well with the current short skin setup. It is possible to fix this by putting more work into tuning the short/long skins, maybe by adding more constraints to control the dress better for the short/tall skin, but it was beyond the scope of the test, so that test won't be fixed.
If you see it not working well in the editor, it will also not work well in Unity in this case.
