Above is what I got using the current script when same name issue was found.
It would be more helpful if the log can be more detail showing the full path about the location of the layer.
Something like this:
Multiple layers for the "default" skin have the same name:
Path/To/Location1/Tree
Path/To/Location2/Tree
Rename or use the [path:name] or [ignore] tag for these layers.
