Ah, sorry about that! We have to use a service provided by the Washington State Department of Revenue to determine the tax rate for your location and their service is down. Eg I see at this URL:

It says:
Our systems are down for critical maintenance. We apologize for the inconvenience and will waive late filing penalties.
I'm afraid I can only suggest trying again later. It sucks being at their mercy. There's really no excuse for such a service to be down for more than a few minutes. It's been 5 hours since you posted, so I assume it's been down at least that long. :wounded:
