I have professional license.

First example, If i click [Spine] menu, Spine was freezing. I can't do anything :doh:

Second, If I launch Spine, loading process up to 9899% but crashing.

I try to install java7u45, XQuarts, reinstall Spine, but I can't solved this problem. :angry:

However, I can running Trial. it's fine.

What's the problem is it???????

Sorry, that isn't good! There are two .app files. Have you tried running both? They use different versions of Java and sometimes one works while the other doesn't. If the trial works, the full version should also work. Otherwise, what appears in the Console (an application on your Mac) after you try to run Spine? You could try deleting your Spine user directory:
<user home folder>/Library/Application Support/Spine/

Thanks, I fixed it.

I delete "~/Library/Application Support/Spine" folder and launch the app again. It fixed!

but I don't know what's the problem with me.

Very strange. Maybe permissions to that folder got messed up?
