4.0启动器启动3.8.99版本，打开这两处位置时，需要等待长达10秒以上的时间。目前研究了下，只有断开网络，这个问题才不会出现。用以前32位启动器打开3.8.99的也不会出现这个问题。希望能得到解决。

That button shows the Windows file dialog. If showing that is slow, it seems likely that it is a Windows problem. Do you have mapped network drives? Those are known to be slow in some cases.

It is strange that it happens only with the v4 launcher. When the v4 launcher runs editor versions older than 4.0 it actually uses the old 32-bit launcher, so it should be the same.

Spine only asks Windows to show a file dialog, it's Windows that scans the network drives and makes it slow. 🙁 Instead of using a mapped network drive, maybe you can use UNC paths, like \\server\path\to\files?

再次感谢您的耐心解答！我再次装回了32位旧版的启动器来运行3.8.99，或许不是spine本身的原因，不过现在不会再出现卡顿的问题了。只是不能再在第一时间体验到4.0beta版的魅力，实属可惜。在此建议同时保留一段时间旧版启动器的下载链接，以便有遇到同样问题的朋友。

It should be possible to fix since you don't see the file dialog being slow with the older launcher. I can't imagine what might be the difference, but we will research what might be causing the file dialog to be slow with the v4 launcher.

是的，几乎是每次。

这个问题只会出现在新的启动器打开旧版本spine（旧版spine我只测试了3.8.99，启动器我尝试了4.0.11和4.0.14，问题依旧）。使用旧版启动器打开3.8.99是正常的，在Spine v4-beta也是流畅的（v4真的很棒！），并且其他任何程序打开文件对话框也不会出现这一问题。

刚才我重新装回4.0.16启动器，发现使用3.8.99一切正常了！！！

我想了下，卡顿的问题是出现在公司搬迁后，其中有两个我认为比较受影响的变量，其一是用新ip地址映射了网络驱动器，其二是更改了svn的映射地址，除此之外没有任何变动。在之前用4.0打开3.8.99也是没问题的。或许这个问题是个小概率事件？或者是我自己操作上的失误？

总之，我的问题在完整卸载、重装4.0后得到了解决！感谢开发者Nate的耐心解答~ 😃

While investigating the issue we found that the v4 launcher was not creating the Windows firewall rules. We've released a new launcher, 4.0.17, that fixes this. I doubt it will help with your issue, but it's good to have it fixed.
