Hello!
I'm using a prepaid Visa gift card, and I'm trying to purchase the essentials version of the software. While the card is supposed to act like any Visa card, the payment keeps being declined by my bank. The error message on the site tells me to check the address, but the address matches what's in the card's account. I'm not sure what to do next.
