I am trying to convert .scml files from Spriter Pro (assets from CraftPix.net) to Spine JSON using Spriter2Spine.
With the Trial version of Spine, the conversion worked correctly, but with Spine Essential (latest version), the exported JSON has an incorrect skeleton structure. I have also tried older versions of Spine, and the problem persists. The same .scml files and Spriter2Spine tool result in a skeleton that does not match the original Spriter hierarchy.
The pack I’m working with includes animations and modular assets (AI, EPS, PNG, Spriter), and I need to modify them for Unity 6.
Has anyone encountered this issue, or is there a recommended workaround to make Spriter2Spine output compatible with the latest Spine Essential?
