If you're asking how to obtain the same animation as when in the Preview view (or at runtime) you switch onthe same track from one animation to the next, that can be done by duplicating the first animation, then copying all of the keys of the second animation, and pasting them after a couple of frames in the copied animation.
If you only want the transition specifically, you could press CTRL+SHIFT+L (CMD+SHIFT+L on Mac) on the last frame of the first animation, copy the resulting keys, undo in case you don't want the extra created keys, then paste in a new animation. Then you'd copy the first keys of the second animation after a couple of frames of your transition animation.
