Don't feel bad, my colleagues also like to make videos and I tell them the same thing. It's just often hard to figure out what actions in the video are important. It's clearer to write those down explicitly and that usually allows me to reproduce the problem quickly.
A video can be useful when I do the steps but don't see the problem, because maybe I'm not looking for the right problem and need to see exactly what to look for. Or any other time where seeing the result is required to understand. Even then I like to have steps written down.
If there has to be a video, shorter is better. 🙂
