spine doesn´t start
Hi every one. i have downloaded pine , installed it and when i try to work with it, it appears the "please enter your activation code" window and doesnt allow me to put it in. my system is is mac os x 10.7.5 . i had the trial version and i unnistaled it before intall the essential version. Please i need some help!!
Sorry, this is a problem only a few users are having and we haven't been able to determine the cause so we can fix it. Some users reported it worked after upgrading their OSX, but I realize that is a bit extreme if you didn't want to anyway.
well... so there´s no other solution? i have to update the OSX? some people are having problems updating the osx and we are in the middle of a important project so may not be possible to do so.
I've rented a 10.7 Mac so I can try to reproduce, will update you when they have set it up.
Thanks a lot!!
Bit of a delay getting set up, but I've reproduced the problem on 10.7.5. Will see about fixing it tomorrow.
thanks for the update!
Any fix or workaround for this yet? On 10.8.5 and having the same issue.
Sorry for the delay, had a lot going on for the holidays. It also wasn't easy to figure out, it required me to put in a lot of suffering! I believe I have fixed it now. If you could please download and reinstall Spine, it should work correctly on OS X 10.7.3 and above.
Thanks Nate, working now. Hopefully it wasn't too painful.
Fixed! thanks a lot!
I am having this exact same problem on Windows 8. HELP!!!
I have the same problem today windows 7 here.
You've replied to a 3 year old thread. The problem the OP was having has been fixed, so if you are having a problem, it is not the same problem. Please start a new thread if you are having a new problem. Your post here shows you are using an antivirus, which can wreak havoc on perfectly legit software. Post your spine.log in your new thread:
Windows: <user home folder>\Spine\spine.log
Mac: <user home folder>/Library/Application Support/Spine/spine.log
Linux: <user home folder>/.spine/spine.log
