Nate When you click "BUY NOW" does the button change to "Loading..."? Sometimes it takes a few seconds before the purchase dialog opens. If you open the browser console (probably by pressing F12, then Console tab), do you see any error messages? Do you have JavaScript disabled?

Nate Strange, we haven't changed anything. I checked and your payment shows as, "Payment declined by customer's bank". Unfortunately that is all the information we are given. Sometimes your bank will block a transaction because they think it's fraud. You likely need to call them and get them to clear the block.
